The Senior Product Sales Specialists is responsible for the successful positioning of the i2x solution into the customer environment to solve business problems and deliver executable outcomes. The Senior Product Sales Specialists understands both the customer business requirement as well as the solution fit of i2x at a detailed technical level. He/she is responsible and accountable for the onsite customer relationship and driving the customer requirement understanding with both the business and technical teams. The Senior Product Sales Specialists is responsible for working closely with the American Sales Team to drive sales and customer satisfaction, developing long-term customer relationships and expanding customer revenue opportunities for the US market.
The Senior Product Sales Specialists should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer business outcome/success oriented.
Understand and i2x solution with customer business outcome.
Presenting the product and all features to customers at events such as conferences and seminars
Be the go to expert for all customer technical issues and able to link the issue to include and deliver the desired outcome for the customer business.
Communicating customer requirements to product management teams
Develop positive, influential relationships at CxO level
Resolve conflicts and provide innovative solutions to customer
Advising on best practice in the deployment i2x
Working closely with the development teams to integrate the i2x solution
Provide feedback to the development team and make suggestions about how to improve the integration process in order to make it a seamless experience for the customer
Problem solving and suggesting solutions to turnup or execution issues
Suggest actions to improve company integration performance
Experience in implementing bespoke applications in a customer facing role
Strong, creative and independent thinker
5+ years of recent experience in customer facing or project implementation role of bespoke software
Degree level qualifications in a technical and/or business related subject
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability drive ecosystem collaboration and scale a business relationship
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Proactive 'self-starter' attitude
Lifelong learner - thrives from developing and sharing knowledge
Prefer deep understanding of the Voice Analytics market, as well as established relationships in AI development community
Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts
Nice to have:

Professional technical development experience
