At i2x, we are building AI to help people improve the way they communicate. With a focus on speech and text analysis, we are shaping the future of communication. Our platform helps provide real-time feedback to sales and customer service representatives to assist and identify how to get improved results from their phone calls. This is how we work

  • We’re building a new product. This means: (almost) no legacy code or support! You’ll be joining us to shape i2x
  • We continuously improve the i2x product and bring our ideas to life
  • We collaborate closely with engineers from other teams. They are all excellent and you’ll enjoy to further grow our teams vision with them


How would you contribute?

  • Implement and support one of the key parts of the future product: SIP integration
  • Participate in the design, development and delivery of solutions on implementation solution
  • Develop efficient and high performance call flows
  • Create unit tests to maximize code coverage and cover end to end business scenarios
  • Support existing architecture and code
  • Documents call flows and design as needed
  • Work with other teams to understand how to scope and design-efficient solution
  • Collaborates within the Agile framework, fosters a team approach to software development and delivery
  • Ensure all code developed follows DevOps practices

What we value

  • Certified Genesys Developer 8-Platform SDK (.NET and Java) and/or 2 years hands-on experience in Genesys SDK development (e.g. TLib, SIP EndPoint, Inbound & Outbound)
  • Avaya Certified developer or min 2 years hands-on experience in Avaya CTI integrations
  • Experienced in different Avaya development technologies (e.g. Avaya Application Enablement Services, POM Agent Desktop, Avaya Agent for Desktop)


  • Experience with C++
  • Experience in working large-scale Genesys/Avaya CC projects with 1000+ seats
  • Interaction handling in HA, MultiSite, MultiTenant setups
  • Experienced in both TDM & SIP telephony platforms
  • Development experience in soft & hard phoned environments
  • JTAPI knowledge
  • Experience in audio (RTP) management through Genesys/Avaya SDKs/APIs
