The Sales Engineer is responsible for the successful integration of the i2x solution into the customer environment. The sales engineer develops and configures all deployment needs and custom features of the customer. He/she is responsible and accountable for the onsite customer relationship and engaging the required resources from i2x to appropriately satisfy the customer needs. The sales engineer is responsible for working closely with the American Sales Team to drive sales and customer satisfaction, developing long-term customer relationships and expanding customer revenue opportunities for the US market.
The Sales Engineer will support the customer POC, deliver a positive customer experience and ensure successful transition to contracted customer status. The Implementation Engineer should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer business outcome/success oriented.
Experience in implementing bespoke applications in a customer facing role
Strong documentation and time management
2+ years of recent experience in project implementation role of bespoke software
Degree level qualifications in a technical related subject
Project Management methodology and expertise
Enterprise level project delivery experience
Knowledge of global CRM software and VoIP platforms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
Ability drive ecosystem collaboration and scale a business relationship
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Proactive 'self-starter' attitude
Lifelong learner - thrives from developing and sharing knowledge
Prefer deep understanding of the Voice Analytics market, as well as established relationships in AI development community
