Demand Generation Coordinator (m/f)

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive growth through demand gen activities across multiple channels such as:

    • Webinars

    • Events

    • Display

    • SEO

    • SEM

    • Social

    • Email, etc.

  • Generate a consistent flow of marketing qualified leads to the US sales team 

  • Partner with sales to generate new demand

  • Partner with US Marketing Manager, Content Manager and outsourced content writers to develop a winning content calendar that targets various buying personas at various stages in the customer journey

  • Define KPIs and dashboards to measure, optimize, and focus all demand generation activities in the US

  • Own the marketing automation platform & processes to nurture leads and deliver them to sales

  • Manage and provide insights into database optimization, including list management

  • Provide ad hoc reports, data, and collateral to support sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field

  • At least 3-5 years of demand generation experience preferably within a B2B SaaS startup

  • Proven track record of owning a number and hitting goals in a high growth setting

  • Experience with marketing automation - HubSpot and Salesforce.com experience required

  • Collaborative and driven team player, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Organized and self-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent communications skills, including strong writing and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimizations

  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to evolving business needs
